DRIVING Check

Our check searches the state’s official driving record source (DMV or DOT) to confirm that a driver’s license is valid, provides the class of license and any driver restrictions (e.g. corrective lenses), and checks for any suspensions or driving-related violations. This ensures a flawless record for all candidates.

We also run a Security Number Trace and a Sex Offender Registry Search.

bACKGROUND cHECK

We search national, federal, state, and county databases in the United States to reveal a potential candidate’s criminal history information, including any felony criminal convictions, misdemeanor criminal convictions and even pending criminal cases. A criminal record check also reports any history of incarceration as an adult, arrests pending prosecution, active warrants, and infractions.

CPR CERTIFIED

CPR and first aid skills are essential for our Magnolia Nannies. CPR is one of the most critical life-saving procedures.

It provides lifesaving knowledge on how to help victims during cardiac arrest, drowning, and choking. All Magnolia Nannies are CPR certified.

Reference and social media Check

Each Magnolia provides multiple strong references. These references are also available to our families! We use these references to confirm nanny experience and dependability. 

Our interview team also reviews each candidate’s social media to ensure that all team members maintain a professional online presence. 

EDUCATED

We hire nannies that take pride in their education. Many candidates are students, college graduates, grad school students, and masters graduates. All caregivers showcase exceptional extracurricular involvement.

Experienced professionals

Every Magnolia nanny has over 3 years of professional childcare experience. This experience can include teaching, daycare work, babysitting, nannying, pediatric medical care, newborn care, camp counselor positions, tutoring, and more. 

We hire nannies that love to engage children in activities and learning opportunities on every babysitting job. They are familiar with developmental milestones and educated on how to handle many childcare scenarios.
